Refund policy

CHANGE OF MIND

If the purchaser would like to return a product which has been correctly delivered and is undamaged, it can be returned for refund if reported within 15 days of invoice providing it is in its original packaging and condition. The item may be returned to us at your own means of delivery at your own cost. Products ordered or made especially at a customers request are non-returnable. This is applies to any and all "custom colors" and or "custom made to order items".

INCORRECT SUPPLY

If we have supplied a product to you incorrectly, we will arrange to return the goods incorrectly supplied for a full refund, including freight cost providing we have been informed within 15 days of invoice.

REFUNDS

Refunds will occur within 7 days of return.
